Return & Refund Policy – Calm Atelier

Thank you for shopping at Calm Atelier (calmatelier.store). Each of our prints is made on demand to ensure sustainability and eliminate unnecessary waste.

We want you to love your art, so we offer a 30-day return policy if your print is in its original condition and packaging.

Returns & Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or refund if:
✔ The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The product is in its original condition – not used, framed, or damaged.
✔ It is returned in the original packaging to prevent transit damage.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 We do not accept returns if:

  • The print has been damaged after delivery.

  • It has been used or altered in any way.

  • It is not in original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email support@calmatelier.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include:
📦 Your order number
📸 A few photos showing the item’s condition

Once your return is approved, you can choose between:
✔ A full refund to your original payment method, or
✔ A replacement print at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
